Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return:
Simply email our support team at support@estenne.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
